As a consultant with Out East Ventures, Shola supports executives as a fractional COO, project manager, and cross-functional leader. She’s a strong strategic thinker who is also comfortable diving into the weeds, as needed. An excellent communicator, Shola approaches her work with a high degree of ownership and has developed a track record of managing complex initiatives from start to finish. Exceptionally deft at building and maintaining relationships, Shola has a strong desire to work with smart people on challenging problems that have the potential for significant impact and upside.

In her spare time, Shola enjoys organizing travel and community gatherings, cooking with fresh local ingredients, sailing, kayaking, fishing, reading, dancing, and painting.
